Steven Day joined the The Advocates at Driggs, Bills & Day as a full partner in 1999. For over 20 years, Steven has worked to help personal injury victims recover from their accidents and was even recently named a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers for his tireless legal work.
Steven has reputation for being an expert litigator who provides aggressive representation for his clients. During his career he has helped victims of a number of personal injury cases, including car and motorcycle accidents, boat collisions, slip-and-fall accidents, dog attacks, defective drugs, wrongful deaths, and medical device malfunction or failure. He has successfully settled thousands of cases which has netted in excess of 100 million dollars for his pool of clients. Oftentimes, Steven builds personal relationships with clients to make sure they are entirely satisfied with his legal representation.
After completing his bachelor’s degree in Economics at Brigham Young University, Steve attended the Gonzaga Law School where he was an Editor of the Gonzaga Law Review, and graduated with his juris doctorate in 1996.
Steven is a proactive contributor to his community. One of his passions in life is to help underprivileged children and students obtain quality education so they may pursue their goals in life. He works with the Provo School district to support a program he helped develop and implement that assists disadvantaged elementary and high school students and their parents. Steven also volunteers as a judge for the Truancy court, as a Scouts BSA volunteer, and is heavily involved with his children’s school and extracurricular activities. During the spring and summer months, Steven and his family hike, camp, boat, hunt, and drive all-terrain vehicles.
